Im proud to be here straightaway as someone who has worked under Ric impenetrable Lim. Ric unmanageable is a  node who empowers and encourages his mental faculty. In time, I also mention that Richard had a sense of humour, which made even the most froward challenges more bearable. Richard, you have set a great  custom for many of us as a mentor and a boss. I would like to thank each and any one of you for gathering here this evening. It was 20 years past since I was hired to work at XYZ corporation. I was unquiet at first, but there was just this huge teemingness of fine people who helped me to get my groundings. This corporation could thrive on its friendliness alone. That friendliness has rubbed off me since then.  But sadly, I moldiness say that all things must come to an end. After 20 years of working for this wonderful corporation I employment up to retire. My health is not what it used to be and my family at home base would like to see more of me.
